We have said that it is important to understand that we are essentially energy and every relationship is expressed in the form of the energy cycle of energy exchange. But this energy moves and acts in our reality only and only if it is accompanied by our thinking and our Emotion.

Being able to control our thoughts and our emotions then is the basis of communication!
